Send your data access or deletion request to our privacy inbox. We acknowledge every email within 48 hours and aim to resolve the request fully within 30 days of receipt.

In-Account Request Form

Encryption at Rest and in Transit

All personal data stored on our servers is encrypted using AES-256. Data moving between your device and our servers travels over TLS 1.3, so your payment details and account credentials are not readable in transit.

Cookie Controls You Can Set

Our cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or customise cookies by category — strictly necessary, analytics, and preference. Your choices are saved to your browser and respected on every return visit without prompting you each time.

Account Security and Login Alerts

Every login from a new device triggers an email alert to your registered address. If you did not initiate that login, a single link in the email locks your account immediately while you contact our support team.

Data Retention Periods

We keep transaction records for as long as required by applicable financial regulation. Account profile data is deleted within 90 days of a verified closure request, except where retention is legally required for audit or dispute resolution.

Payment Data Handling

When you pay via PhonePe or Paytm, we pass only what the payment gateway needs to authorise the transaction. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our systems at any point during or after the transaction.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You can ask us to correct inaccurate data, export your account history as a structured file, or permanently delete your profile. Submit the request through Account Settings or by emailing our privacy team directly.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you provide to verify your identity. When you make a deposit via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe, we also log the transaction reference and amount for your account records.
